Staff very helpful in changing rooms for me due to no elevator in the place. Very informational in letting me know how to find the places I had to go for the week end and in general very friendly people.
For me it was farther out of town than I expected, but no big problem if one is driving. They could improve the entrance way into the place from the highway, and do something about keeping the mud out of the parking lot during the rain.

the price was good ,
the location was alittle futher than what we would of liked (the map showed it closer to where we were going), the bathrooms were small to say the lest, the showeres were extremely small, i couldnt even bend down to pick up the soap when dropped, but we did not spend alot of time in there so it was ok but will not stay there again.

Check inn lady was very informative. It was not the corporate environmentas the newer hotels give you, it had personality, the place I will remember.
Brekfast room was a dump.

Nice room for the price. Good location for exploring in the area going east or west.
As with many hotels you are going to get your loud drunks cursing and banging their way down the hall at night.

George
The location was fantastic and convenient, right next to the casino, with easy access to southern Michigan and the surrounding areas.

We were allowed to bring our dog in our room with us.
Everyone was excellent towards us, the rooms could use a bit of updating and the beds are a bit hard.

This hotel is newly decorated and clean, with an excellent restaurant and coffee bar on-site.
